Ezeja Steel manages and supplies its hot/cold rolled steel & coil from top steel manufacturers and supplies at a subsidiary rate, bringing its final users close to its product at a very low cost of production. The hot-rolled coil is produced in a process in which a rectangular steel billet transforms into a steel coil.

Through walking, beam furnaces feed the material through the oven and heat the workpiece to about 1200 degrees centigrade temperature to avoid any change in chemical & mechanical properties during its transformation into a steel coil. If the material does not catch fire the right way, there will be some defects that occur which can affect the quality of the merchandise.

The heated billet goes through a roller line where the coil reduces the thickness. Steel coils are discovered to be multifariously utilised in a broad range of applications in industries such as home appliances, construction, automobiles and many more.
